Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport cash management and accounts payable functions for Corporate Management entities
- check_circlePrepare bi-weekly payroll journal entries and ACH collections
- check_circleAssist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- check_circlePrepare files for intercompany billings and monthly ACH processing
- check_circleSupport corporate credit card administration and expense tracking
- check_circleResearch and resolve accounting discrepancies or transaction questions
- check_circleTrack and report unclaimed property with various state agencies
- check_circleParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- verified2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- verifiedAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- verifiedIntermediate to advanced Excel skills
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
2+ years of accounting experience. An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
