This position serves as a vital representative for the Integrated Accumulations Department, managing a book of business and fostering relationships with assigned Medical Partners and Vendors. The core of this role involves overseeing the complex transactions shared between these partners and CVS/Caremark.
In a typical day, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving transaction errors, whether they stem from internal processes or external partner issues. This requires tenacity to investigate and research the root cause of discrepancies, then correcting them using standard departmental tools and processes. You will often partner across work streams with internal resources to ensure timely and efficient resolutions, potentially representing the department on cross-functional teams to address specific client challenges.
Beyond troubleshooting, you will be responsible for meeting operational metrics and reporting results to department leadership. The role also involves implementing services for new clients by collaborating with cross-functional Implementation teams to set up and configure transaction sharing within project timelines. Success in this dynamic and highly complex environment demands strong independent work management, broad business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.

Additional details about available benefits are provided during the application process and on Benefits Moments.
