The Clackamas County Circuit Court is seeking a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Ulanda Watkins. This is a limited-duration position, typically a one-to-two-year term, though extensions are possible. In this role, you will work alongside the Judicial Assistant to provide moderate to complex clerical support to the Judge. Your day will involve processing and ensuring the accuracy of documents and records, both hard copy and electronic, while providing support in the courtroom during criminal, civil, or family law matters. You will process court documents in accordance with legal requirements and court procedure, maintain the judge's library, and determine next steps on certain case types. Additionally, you will manage juries, serving as a liaison between jurors, the court, and counsel regarding exhibits, forms, instructions, and questions. You will also assist litigants and attorneys in navigating the court system, informing them of procedures, case status, and the court calendar.

Applications are due by 11:59 PM on the deadline date.
