Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting a Jr. Property Manager for a position in Ponce. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional looking to grow within the property management and construction industry.
The Jr. Property Manager will serve as a pivotal support figure for the management and oversight of residential and/or commercial properties. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance projects, fostering vendor relationships, and driving property improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, and customer-oriented, with a background in property maintenance and construction-related operations.
