We are seeking a Joint SOF Program Analyst (JSPA) to support our Department of Defense client. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven methods. You will partner with the government to provide operational planning development, program coordination, and the implementation of procedures to support Joint Headquarters (JHQ) and Joint Task Force (JTF) functions.
Your day-to-day will involve supporting personnel both on-site and off-site, assisting with management and administrative tasks, and facilitating responsive support to JHQ/JTFs. You will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of operations, from design through implementation, including pre-deployment preparation, deployment, and redeployment. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will independently undertake tasks such as assessing planning efforts, synchronizing events, and developing operational-level plans that support strategic USSOCOM initiatives.
You will also be responsible for maintaining executive-level frameworks that capture resource management decisions within a common operating picture. Your work will require providing consultation on complex issues, presenting Courses of Action (COAs) to General Officer-level leadership, and facilitating seminars to optimize deployment activities. You will analyze DOD operations and external guidance to identify key tasks and recommend strategies for sustaining JHQ/JTF capabilities.
Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI access. The selection process will focus on verifying your operational experience in joint, combined, and interagency environments, as well as your background as a staff officer within HQ USSOCOM, a Service HQ, or a CCMD HQ.
