We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team in supporting people with disabilities. In this role, you will assist individuals in learning essential job tasks and fostering greater independence within the community.
To ensure the safety and well-being of those we serve, candidates must successfully pass Criminal, State, and Federal background checks, along with various registry checks. You must also pass a DMV check, possess valid auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements, and have reliable independent transportation to travel extensively locally.
Flexibility is key for this position. You must be available to work during evening, weekend, holiday, and early morning hours as needed. Additionally, you must possess or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
