We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team in supporting people with disabilities. In this role, you will assist individuals in learning essential job tasks and fostering greater independence within the community.
To ensure the safety and well-being of those we serve, all candidates must successfully pass Criminal, State, and Federal background checks, as well as various registry checks. You must also pass a DMV check and possess auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements, as reliable independent transportation and extensive local travel are essential for this position.
Additionally, candidates must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification. The role requires flexibility to work during evening, weekend, holiday, and early morning hours as needed.
