About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Team Manager to lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic product goals, ensuring successful delivery through strong leadership, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a manager, you will drive the software design, development, testing, and deployment processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves mentoring team members, supporting their career development, and managing sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to maintain high standards of performance and scalability.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
Nice to Have
Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams. Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices. Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
