About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who combines deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch with strong leadership capabilities. You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and client expectations, ensuring that complex solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering satisfaction with project outcomes. Your day-to-day involves guiding technical discussions, coordinating cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations, and proactively mitigating risks that could impact delivery timelines. You will foster a collaborative environment and drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
