As an IWMS Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and strong client-facing abilities. You will be the face of our technology, guiding clients through workshops, gathering critical requirements, and translating their needs into robust system configurations. Your day-to-day involves facilitating data collection, building analytical dashboards, and ensuring the system not only functions correctly but empowers the client to thrive. Bachelor's degree (in lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered). Experience with Nuvolo IWMS and/or ServiceNow platform. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Experience building and maintaining automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
