This position is dedicated to the day-to-day support and optimization of critical software applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of end users. You will work within a cross-functional team to resolve application-related problems, manage availability and performance, and facilitate application integration for business and clinical requirements. The role involves overseeing smaller project components, coordinating implementation planning around software releases, and communicating software issues, requirements, and enhancements to stakeholders. You will provide daily on-call support to the customer base and manage problem, incident, and change management processes.
This role is based in Richmond, VA, and operates on a First (Days) shift.
