Vision IT is seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management - Software Developer to support the BZ Team at Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB). This role is pivotal in providing software development, knowledge management, and business operations support for IT systems and enterprise collaboration environments that underpin mission-critical operations.
You will serve as a bridge between technical execution and business needs, collaborating with cross-functional government and contractor teams in a secure, dynamic environment. Your work will directly impact the usability of document management software and SharePoint enterprise collaboration applications for the Space Systems Integration Office (SSC/BZ). From designing custom applications to developing Business Intelligence dashboards, you will ensure that data structures, workflows, and reporting tools effectively support operational decision-making.

Experience supporting DoD or federal government environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and RMF compliance. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Skills: C#, Javascript, Python, SQL, Powershell, Sharepoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Agile.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field required.
