About the Role
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team and provide essential support for our enterprise application landscape. This role places a primary focus on the Workday ERP system, where you will handle administration and troubleshooting. In addition to Workday, you will assist with a diverse range of platforms including Agilysys LMS, InfoGenesis POS, and the Konami Gaming System as needed.
You will be the point of contact for application support across multiple platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. A significant part of your day will involve managing and resolving tickets through ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction.
