Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage resource allocation to ensure timely completion of critical tasks and projects
- check_circleCreate and provide guidance on disaster recovery and business continuity plans for applications
- check_circleManage internal and external audit walkthroughs and ensure adherence to IT General Controls
- check_circleCoordinate with stakeholders to manage and maintain vendor relationships
- check_circleProvide direct input to the IT annual operating and capital expenditure budget for Infrastructure & Operations
- check_circleEstablish and report team performance metrics to management
- check_circleProvide direction, leadership, and coaching to staff in alignment with HR guidelines
- check_circleCollaborate with direct reports to create Individual Development Plans focused on career advancement
- check_circleLead the team on assigned project efforts
- check_circleSet clear, measurable objectives for the core team aligned with organizational strategic priorities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verified7-9 years related experience
- verifiedExperience with bank applications, software administration, and vendor management preferred
- verifiedExperience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment preferred
