CACI is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our dynamic team dedicated to providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). Your expertise will be vital in ensuring warfighting readiness by enhancing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of deployed and future TIGS SoS. This role involves resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues, analyzing problems across servers and networks, and maintaining security protocols to support critical national defense missions.
