About the Role
CACI is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our dynamic team dedicated to providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). Your expertise will be vital in ensuring warfighting readiness by enhancing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of deployed and future TIGS SoS. This role involves resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues, analyzing problems across servers and networks, and maintaining security protocols to support critical national defense missions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleResolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues using systems analysis techniques
- check_circleAnalyze and troubleshoot problems across servers, storage, network connectivity, and user systems
- check_circleProvide system administration for assigned infrastructure environments
- check_circleEstablish and maintain security protocols and user access controls
- check_circleApply security patches and perform operating system upgrades to ensure system integrity
- check_circleMonitor and ensure the appropriate function of hardware, software, and system specifications
- check_circleSupport planning, implementation, and deployment of new infrastructure projects
- check_circleDocument all configuration changes and system specifications for assigned infrastructure
- check_circleCollaborate with IT teams to maintain optimal infrastructure performance and availability
Requirements
- verifiedActive DoD Top Secret clearance
- verifiedObtain SCI clearance
- verifiedExperience with VMware ESXi and vSphere
- verifiedProficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or Ansible)
- verifiedExperience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- verifiedSolid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
- verifiedExperience with private cloud platforms (OpenShift)
- verifiedProficiency in version control systems (Git)
- verifiedExperience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack)
- verifiedStrong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
Nice to Have
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance. Expert-level knowledge of VMware vSphere 8.x, vSAN, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall management (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus).
