This position serves as a specialized Software Engineer focused on the Google Marketing Platform, with a core mission to ensure the integrity and quality of Google Analytics data collection. Unlike roles centered on dashboard creation, this position is 100% engineering-focused, requiring deep technical implementation skills to build scalable analytics infrastructure.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the organization, bridging the gap between technical implementation and business intelligence. Your day-to-day involves educating development teams on best practices for campaign tagging, third-party tagging, and Google Analytics integration. You will provide critical guidance to data analysts on production dashboards while performing ad-hoc analysis for business partners.
You will collaborate within a global team comprising members in the US and India, alongside development and product management teams. The role requires a strong advocate for continuous learning and knowledge sharing, contributing to documentation and ongoing education initiatives to drive the team's overall success.
