About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects across the full project lifecycle. This role is designed for a professional with a strong background in managing complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and SDLC processes. A critical requirement for this position is prior experience working specifically with Banking clients; experience in insurance or capital markets does not fulfill this prerequisite. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and timelines while aligning them with business goals.
In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing SDLC processes from requirements gathering through deployment, utilizing Jira for sprint planning and issue management. You will also be tasked with identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring strict compliance with banking industry standards and client requirements.

Requirements

Nice to Have
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience with vendor coordination and offshore/onshore team management. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
