About the Role
This position serves as a critical pillar for our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our technological environment runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is designed to maintain essential systems—including operating systems, security tools, servers, email systems, and end-user devices—while taking ownership of key projects within larger business initiatives.
You will act as a Project Leader during a significant transition, guiding the conversion from an in-house system to a more robust software solution. Beyond daily maintenance, the role requires a resourceful approach to diagnosing and resolving complex issues quickly. You will be the bridge between technical systems and interdisciplinary teams, requiring patience and clear communication to support staff across the organization.
