About the Role
As an Invoicing Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our field operations and our customers. Your primary mission is to ensure financial accuracy and timely communication by creating, reviewing, and sending invoices based on completed work. This role is essential for maintaining our cash flow and fostering strong client relationships through professional and prompt billing practices.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Knoxville office. The role operates on a standard full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in a supportive environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.
