The Oilfield & Energy Infrastructure Services team possesses a rare understanding of the market dynamics and the universe of buyers and sellers in the oilfield and energy infrastructure services space. This allows us to provide actionable, strategic insights to our investment banking clients. Our senior bankers possess deep expertise on issues affecting companies active in onshore and offshore drilling, service and equipment, as well as construction, transportation, and disposal. We have many years of experience in M&A, debt and equity capital raising, and restructuring for both public and private companies, including family-owned businesses.
As an Investment Banking Associate in Dallas, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to work with and mentor analysts while continually developing your expertise within the Oilfield Services sector. You will deliver top-quality work products to the team and clients, playing a key role in the transaction execution process. This role offers a broad array of responsibilities where you will work with your team to build the business, from developing detailed financial analyses and models to creating Confidential Information Memorandums and management presentations. You will help plan and execute live engagements, coordinate business due diligence, and perform industry research. Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients is central to your daily activities.
