About the Role

We are seeking experienced Fractional CFOs to join our bench of independent contractors. This opportunity is designed for strategic financial leaders capable of addressing the unique financial challenges faced by businesses of varying sizes, primarily SMBs with revenues between $5M and $100M. As a Fractional CFO, you will provide high-level financial guidance, strategic planning, and direction to ensure our clients achieve their goals.

This role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to manage multiple engagements on a contract basis while wielding a substantial impact on each organization's financial health. You will collaborate with clients on a part-time basis, serving as a trusted advisor who communicates complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional analytical skills, and is eager to utilize cloud-based software to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Location & Engagement

We are looking for experts in a variety of industries who are local to or within driving distance of Irvine, CA. While the role is primarily remote, it includes a consultative approach requiring onsite presence for client assessments. You should be willing to travel 1-2 days per client engagement for these onsite discovery sessions and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
