This Vice President position is designed for a professional with a robust background in private equity and financial sponsor deal execution. You will play a pivotal role in the live execution of significant market deals, working closely with both corporate clients and supporting private equity firms. The day-to-day involves conducting in-depth assessments of potential deals, performing rigorous financial analysis and due diligence, and preparing strategic recommendations to guide clients through every stage of the transaction process.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, driving requirements and making recommendations for change while collaborating across Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Research, and Risk Management to provide comprehensive solutions. Whether leading a team or contributing as an individual contributor, you will be expected to mentor junior members, guide technical direction, and foster an environment of excellence aligned with the Barclays Mindset of Empower, Challenge, and Drive.
