About the Role

The Interviews Team is seeking an Investigator to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is designed for those seeking flexibility and work-life balance. You will conduct thorough insurance claims investigations, performing scene investigations to collect photo and video evidence from accident locations. Your day will involve handling document signings and retrievals, conducting wellness checks, and preparing detailed investigation reports.

You will work independently to model Frasco's core values, contacting clients and strategizing the best course of action to handle their needs. The position requires maintaining a sufficient level of client billable hours while adhering to strict due dates.

Compensation & Logistics

This is a non-exempt position with a flexible schedule. The hourly rate ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance, with weekly pay. Travel commute time is compensated at 100% of the regular hourly rate after a reasonable commute, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.60 per mile. Paid administrative time and paid training are provided at the regular hourly rate.
