About the Opportunity
This is a part-time/casual role with J. Knipper and Company and KnippeRx, where the number of hours per week will vary. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are responsible for performing audits of client inventories, conducting storage site inspections, and managing inventory closeouts.
The Role
You will serve as a key partner in maintaining the integrity of client inventory data. Your day-to-day involves traveling to client-specified storage sites to conduct thorough audits, following specific business rules, and finalizing necessary reconciliations. You will be the face of the company on-site, ensuring assignments are completed professionally and in accordance with strict timelines.
A significant portion of your work will involve utilizing the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS) via a smartphone to update assignment status and manage documentation. Success in this role requires strong communication skills to interact with client representatives and the AIMS management team via email, phone, and mail. You will strive to exceed client needs by delivering high-quality service and maintaining clear, professional correspondence.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with records satisfying company standards, current motor vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation to audit sites. A mobile electronic device is also required to perform the duties of the position.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected base pay range for this part-time, casual position is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, varying based on market differences and meeting or exceeding state minimum wage requirements. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers access to a retirement plan option, paid sick time (where applicable), and mileage reimbursement.
