As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for successfully implementing various inventory management solutions offered by MSC, promoting a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders. Under the supervision of the Solution Implementation Manager, this role focuses on advanced solution selling and implementation tasks.
Your day-to-day involves driving solutions, managing installations, collecting data, performing vending machine diagnostics, and providing maintenance and training. You will collaborate with MSC Sales Teams to foster explosive sales growth through solutions, representing MSC Solutions at branch meetings and fostering partnerships with sales associates. Success in this position requires adhering to service level agreements to consistently deliver results while providing feedback to management for continuous process improvement.
