We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Inventory and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial to the efficiency of our operations, uniquely combining essential clerical tasks with hands-on inventory and receiving duties. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, analytical, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will balance office and yard-based tasks to ensure smooth administrative and inventory flow. You will serve as a vital link between our sales team, vendors, and yard staff, handling everything from financial documentation and purchase order processing to the physical receiving and organization of materials. You will also analyze operational reports to support management decision-making and assist with complex special orders.
