We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Inventory and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial to the efficiency of our operations, uniquely blending essential clerical tasks with hands-on inventory and receiving duties. In this role, you will balance office and yard-based responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of administrative and inventory processes. Your day will involve generating purchase orders for the sales team, matching vendor invoices for payment processing, and analyzing operational reports to support management decisions. You will also handle the physical side of our operations by coordinating deliveries, verifying incoming materials, and utilizing equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks to organize the warehouse.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors. You will coordinate closely with our lumber yard staff and spend time in the yard for receiving and inventory tasks, requiring the ability to work in year-round weather conditions.
