About the Role
We are seeking an Intrusion Detection System Alarm Tech 1 Programmer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this position, you will serve as a critical link between technical programming, monitoring operations, and field installation resources. Your primary mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our alarm systems by maintaining up-to-date documentation, building new accounts, and verifying that all zones are active and reporting properly.
You will work closely with agencies to manage user and zone updates, provide instruction on system operation to end users, and support onsite technicians by troubleshooting issues via event logs. This role requires a blend of technical precision and communication skills, as you will also guide dispatch staff on unusual alarm activity and assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for helpdesk functions.

Requirements
