About the Team
CHI Health Clinic, a member of CommonSpirit Health™, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional or General Cardiologist to join our established practice in Grand Island, NE. Our Cardio team consists of three physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a low-turnover, family-oriented environment. We maintain a strong built-in referral network from our Primary Care and Specialty providers, ensuring a steady flow of patients and collaborative care.
About the Role
This position offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient practice, including outreach clinics and rotational services. You will provide care at CHI Health St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island, a 150-bed Level III Trauma Center with a cath lab and 16-bed open ICU, as well as at the community hospital in Hastings, NE (just a 20-minute drive), which also features a cath lab. The role includes in-clinic imaging services and offers peripheral opportunities if desired.
The schedule is designed for work-life balance, featuring a 36-contact-hour work week. Call responsibilities include one weekend a month and 1-2 nights a week. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR in both the clinic and hospital settings and maintains an academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine.
