International Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Miami. This role is critical for driving revenue growth and expanding our global footprint within the freight forwarding industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that strengthen our network of agents and partners, ensuring sustainable expansion in key markets.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our internal operations and a diverse international network. You will lead a distributed team across Brazil, Colombia, and Spain, fostering collaboration and operational success. Your day-to-day will involve navigating the complexities of international logistics, identifying emerging market trends, and capitalizing on opportunities within major alliances like WCA and Parnity.

Location and Work Model

This position is based in Miami, FL. While the role offers a partially remote setup, a significant on-site presence is required at the beginning to establish foundational relationships and align with the team. The role also involves comfortable business travel to attend industry events and conferences, such as the annual WCA conferences, to maximize business generation opportunities.

Hiring Process

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with an ideal start date before May 9th. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus. The selection process will focus on identifying individuals with a proven track record in international freight forwarding sales and agent development, capable of working independently and managing remote teams effectively.
