The Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly motivated Internal Medicine Veterinary Nurse to join the Outpatient Internal Medicine Service. This role supports the delivery of advanced specialty care in a fast-paced, academic teaching hospital environment.
As a key liaison between clinicians, clients, and the broader hospital team, you will provide high-level technical nursing care and assist with complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This position plays a vital role in patient advocacy, clinical workflow coordination, and the education of veterinary students, interns, and residents. The role includes participation in the hospital's holiday schedule and isolation/wards coverage as part of shared clinical responsibilities.
This position is eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus. We are hiring at all levels for this role, with minimum starting salaries increasing based on credentials and experience. Relevant education, experience, skills, and licenses/certifications are among the factors considered in salary offers.
