Ascension St. Vincent has a unique full-time opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician within Public Safety Medical in Indianapolis, Indiana. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Public Safety Medical is the largest medical practice in the country dedicated to improving the health and safety of fire, emergency medical services, and law enforcement personnel by providing specialized medical, fitness, and psychological evaluations.
As part of the St. Vincent Health, Wellness and Preventive Care Institute, this role offers customized and comprehensive on-site care in the workplace. The treatment clinic at this location is brand new, offering you the opportunity to be on the ground floor to shape and build the practice as you see fit. You will focus on a specific client population, becoming a specialist in first responder risk, chronic health conditions, job-related cancer risks, and improving long-term healthcare.
You will work alongside a robust support team that includes four psychologists, a physical therapist, and an exercise physiologist. This role involves occasional, minimal in-state travel as needed.
