Our client unites the most creative minds in science and technology to develop advanced lithography machines. These machines are pivotal in producing faster, cheaper, and more energy-efficient microchips. By designing, developing, integrating, marketing, and servicing these systems, the company enables leading chipmakers to reduce size and increase functionality, ultimately driving the creation of smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
The communications team is integral to this mission, working to build the company's reputation and employer brand. They communicate strategy and achievements while fostering a culture of employee engagement, pride, and connectedness. The team operates as an integrated unit, supporting both local site needs and global initiatives.
As the Internal Communications Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on executor for the Wilton site. Reporting to the Head of U.S. Communications, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on a broad spectrum of challenges, seamlessly transitioning between planning and production.
You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure employees are well-informed and aligned with business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve advising stakeholders, creating targeted communications plans, and producing content across multiple channels such as the intranet, email, and digital screens. You will act as the "eyes and ears" in Wilton, providing local context to global newsletters, PR initiatives, and employer branding campaigns. Additionally, you will drive the creation and execution of the monthly site newsletter and lead video projects from storyboarding to final editing.
A high affinity for technology is essential, and a background in science or engineering is a strong plus, given the technical nature of the products and the audience you will serve.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the United States Export Administration Regulations. Business demands may require the client to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible for such access.
