As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Internal Audit, playing a pivotal role in executing the Company's internal audit function. Your primary mission is to ensure that operations adhere to internal policies and industry regulations while supporting management's understanding of audit risks and remediation efforts.
In this role, you will coordinate financial, operational, compliance, and ad-hoc audits in alignment with the Annual Audit Plan. You will work directly with departments across the organization to evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying process inefficiencies and non-compliance. Beyond traditional auditing, you will help translate complex findings into clear, actionable business insights and support SOC 1 & SOC 2 compliance efforts. You will also have the opportunity to drive innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using technology and AI-enabled tools.
We are looking for individuals who possess great interpersonal skills, enjoy working independently, and have a relentless drive. If you are self-motivated and believe in balancing hard work with a fun environment, we invite you to join our team. Please note that Anderson does not seek salary history from applicants.
