About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you are encouraged to learn, grow, and actively engage with the organization. As an Intern in Human Resources, you will support the management team by organizing personnel files, assisting with union contract formatting, and preparing recruitment and workforce development materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include scanning employee documents and helping to develop and modify orientation materials, as well as assisting with the setup and preparation for Orientation Day.
