About the Role
As a Federal Tax Specialty intern, you will join a multi-disciplinary team to assist engagement teams in executing projects that identify and support cash-generating tax incentives. You will participate in project planning, assist in identifying, quantifying, and qualifying business activities, and prepare supporting documentation.
Your day-to-day contributions will involve working with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, retail, and utilities. You will conduct client interviews, gather and review documentation, and perform tax research on technical topics. The role requires compiling project reports, updating milestones, and substantiating results through presentations and written reports. You will serve the client by planning and executing cross-functional projects while delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to an unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication.
