CACI has an immediate opening for an Intermediate Logistics - Financial Management Analyst to support the comptroller office on the USFFC-NFL Program. This role is based at the COMNAVSURFLANT site in Norfolk, VA, where you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial integrity and operational readiness of multiple Destroyer, Cruiser, and Amphibious vessels.
In this position, you will partner with CNSL ships on a daily and monthly basis to manage complex fiscal and accounting duties. Your work involves developing analyses and conducting operational research and audits that are reviewed by senior analysts before submission to management. You will ensure OPTAR grants are distributed correctly, verify that monthly financials are uploaded from all activities, and manage the distribution of critical financial documents such as Differences Listings, Unmatched Disbursements, Unliquidated Obligations, and Negative Unliquidated Obligations.
You will utilize various systems, including DCAS, One Touch, SABRS, and CFMS, to research requisition and financial status, performing quarterly validation reviews of requisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of Navy supply, MILSTRIP, National Stock Numbers, OPTAR funds, and BOR messages to effectively support the safety of our nation's missions.
