About the Role

As an Interim Tax Manager, you will partner with our clients to analyze financial information and prepare reports that track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax liabilities. This role exists to support organizations in navigating complex financial landscapes through technical expertise and strategic advisory.

In this position, you will perform technical tax reviews of returns with varying levels of complexity, research intricate tax issues, and identify creative solutions to challenging client problems. You will provide full M&A corporate tax advisory services, including due diligence planning and tax structuring recommendations. Additionally, you will perform tax risk analysis on client finance and accounting departments, support internal control processes in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley policies, and assist in the preparation of accurate, timely consolidated US federal, state, and local income tax returns with supporting workpapers.
