We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Corporate Controller to join our team for a contractual period of 3 months or longer, with a possibility to become a contract-to-hire role. The Controller will be part of the Accounting and Finance group, reporting directly to the CFO. This role exists to ensure all compliance related to the accounting and finance function is met while adapting to a continually evolving environment.
In this autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace, you will successfully manage the accounting staff and relationships with partners and customers. As the primary stakeholder of the financial systems, you will ensure that technology is leveraged effectively to meet the organization's financial reporting needs. You will lead the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and mentoring while overseeing the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and audit activities.
This is a full-time onsite position located in Irving, TX. The engagement offers an hourly rate of $60 to $75 with direct deposit, along with full medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and implement internal controls to ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
- check_circleManage monthly amortization of service contracts and provider revenue and expenses
- check_circleGenerate five-year financial forecasts based on sales projections and amortization schedules
- check_circlePrepare corporate budgets and perform variance analysis against historical results

- check_circleManage and approve all general ledger entries for monthly financial statements
- check_circleLead and mentor finance and accounting team members
- check_circleManage income tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely filings

- check_circleSettle and account for all corporate overhead allocations including rent and legal costs
- check_circleManage all bank accounts and ensure reported balances are accurate
- check_circleDevelop and monitor business performance metrics using Power BI
Requirements
