Critical decisions are made every single day in our government. With the vast amount of information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to find and interpret the best data to provide clients with the right answers. As an Intelligence and Information Disclosure Officer, you will serve as the focal point and principal liaison for the organization's planning, implementation, and execution of declassification programs.
In this role, you will support improved declassification processes, data collection, and integration within the organization. You will track records from accession to their final availability to the public, helping your client understand the releasability of analytical production. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you will explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. As the authority on document review, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
You will develop an effective, transparent, and standardized declassification work process, including training and quality assurance measures. Your work will involve crafting better processes for the Freedom of Information Act or Mandatory Declassification Reviews for classified federal records, balancing the need for governmental transparency with the reality that many historical records contain information that must remain protected to safeguard classified national security information.
We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, ensuring you have the resources to learn new skills and tools. Join us. The world can't wait.
As part of the hiring process, we will ask you to complete an identity verification process that leverages advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence to ensure authenticity and protect against identity fraud. You are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. We reserve the right to take your picture to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
Candidate AI Usage Policy AI is a part of our daily work at Booz Allen, and we are committed to the responsible and ethical use of AI tools. However, we want to ensure a fair candidate process based on your own skills and knowledge. As part of this commitment, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) or other tools to assist with responses during interviews (whether in-person or virtual) is prohibited unless permission is explicitly provided.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of collaboration, whether it occurs in person or virtually. To support engagement and effective communication, employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Whether remote, hybrid, or onsite, work is performed in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role, often requiring collaboration directly with colleagues and customers at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
