We are seeking an energetic and passionate Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Team Leader to oversee the training, staffing, and operation of one to two sites. In this role, you will build a cohesive team of direct support professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional services. The position involves a varied schedule that includes working nights and weekends, as well as 24/7 on-call responsibilities for one to three homes (with a rotation of every other weekend and six days off per month from on-call duties).
Beyond management duties, you will provide direct support to the individuals we serve, ensuring their support plans are followed and effectively trained. You will also oversee employee training, staffing, certifications, and performance evaluations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
