About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the creation, development, launch, and management of a new Educational Organization Casualty Insurance Program. This role is designed for an individual with a proven track record in product development or senior underwriting, specifically within the Excess Surplus Commercial Lines sector.

The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of this new program, including the development of policy forms, rates, and underwriting guidelines from scratch. You will also manage the filing of rating plans and navigate complex compliance issues to ensure the program's success in the market.
