About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to represent the company and its policyholders in complex civil litigation matters. This role focuses specifically on environmental, pollution, asbestos, and toxic tort claims. The position offers the flexibility of remote work from home while maintaining a strong connection to our Franklin Township, NJ operations.

In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic partner to claims representatives and insured clients. Your primary mission is to provide clear, unambiguous legal opinions and counsel that guide decision-making throughout the litigation lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and revising legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and case handling, ensuring robust representation from initial pleadings through trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

Beyond active case management, you will play a key educational role within the organization by preparing and delivering training sessions for the Legal, Claims, and other departments. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment where effective communication and deep legal expertise intersect to protect client interests.
