The Role
As an Insurance Claims Specialist focusing on Environmental Pollution, you will play a critical part in managing high-stakes cases. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing loss notices, interpreting policy coverage, and establishing reserves for primary, excess, and umbrella coverage. You will coordinate defense counsel and expert witnesses, evaluate liability and damages, and participate in settlement conferences. Additionally, you will support the development of claims handling techniques, expense control strategies, and strategic protocols while generating reports for management.
Location and Relocation
This position is based in Passaic, NJ, with remote work from home available. We are prepared to relocate qualified individuals from your current location to the job site.
