About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to lead the review and resolution of complex claims related to asbestos exposure, pollution, and other environmental health hazards. In this role, you will analyze claims for acceptable coverage according to policies, evaluate liability and damages, and participate in settlement conferences. You will also manage litigation activities and ensure the timely delivery of awarded payments to clients.

This position requires a deep understanding of specialty claims involving toxic torts and environmental hazards. While the role is based in Keene, NH, remote work from home is available. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a background in handling high-stakes environmental claims.
