About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to evaluate and resolve complex environmental and toxic tort claims, including those involving asbestos, pollution, and health hazards. This role is critical for upholding industry best practice standards in handling primary, excess, and umbrella coverage. You will serve as the primary point of contact for interpreting policy coverage, establishing reserves, and negotiating payments to ensure timely disbursement of funds to clients.
