About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Examiner specializing in Toxic Tort, Environmental, and Asbestos claims to join our team in Scarborough, ME. This role is critical for evaluating and resolving complex environmental and toxic tort insurance claims in accordance with industry best practice standards.
In this position, you will review loss notices, interpret policy coverage, and establish reserves for claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage. You will evaluate claims for eligibility status, negotiate payments, and ensure the timely disbursement of funds to clients. While the position is based in Scarborough, remote work from home is available.
