About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Attorney or Insurance Claims Specialist to handle, review, and coordinate activities involving complex environmental, latent, and asbestos claims. In this role, you will interpret policy coverage, establish reserves, and evaluate liability and damages for claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage. You will also respond to reinsurance issues, coordinate defense counsel and expert witnesses, and participate in settlement conferences. Additionally, you will aid in the development of claims handling techniques, expense control, and strategic protocols, while generating reports for management.
