About the Role

We are seeking a Claims Analyst specializing in Environmental Hazards to join our team in Vernon, CT. This role is designed for an individual with a robust background in investigating specialty claims related to serious injuries and toxic torts, specifically those involving asbestos or pollution exposure. The position offers the flexibility of remote work from home.

In this capacity, you will investigate, review, evaluate, and resolve complex insurance claims. Your day-to-day will involve evaluating claims for eligibility, reviewing coverage details, and determining reimbursement amounts. You will also negotiate payments to ensure timely delivery, participate in settlement coverages, and manage litigation processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where expertise is gained through direct experience.
