About the Role
The Benefits Coordinator is a pivotal role designed to support our team in ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service. You will be the engine behind our renewal processing, client support, and data accuracy efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and eager to learn the intricacies of employee benefits and insurance operations.
In this role, you will handle the day-to-day coordination of renewal tasks, manage documentation, and support our Account Managers with servicing needs.
